If you want to see records list in the bottom part of the window, check Show records attached to time. Set Filters for records – records list can include all records, records for selected day or selected month, or records for a given period (after selecting Period, From and To date selectors become active so that you can set a period).

Right-click any record in records list to open the menu which enables you to postpone record to the next day or to another day (day can be chosen in a drop-down calendar), to edit record, to delete it or to delete all the records from the list.

Double-click a time line of Day scheduler to record an event. The duration of new event will be equal to the duration of your scheduler lines (it can be changed in Scheduler settings). If you want to add an event of other duration, select any time interval by mouse dragging, right-click it, and click emerging button Add record. So, this event's start and end will be already set.

Click Add record or double-click a time line to open a new record editor window

Double-click on a time line or clicking Add record button will bring up a new record editor window. Also, you can double-click an existing record to open editor window and make necessary changes.

In the record editor window, you can enter a subject of event, change start and end time if needed, enter additional information, and add attachment(s) to your record. Also, it is possible to remind of an event and repeat the reminding: check the appropriate options (Remind and Repeat). When Remind and Repeat are checked, corresponding tabs emerge in the record editor window. After checking Remind, there also emerges Before selector so that you can choose time of reminding (available time is from 0 minutes to 2 weeks before event’s start).

In the Remind tab, you can make up a list of necessary reminding actions. Select one of Available reminds from the list or click “+” and enter new remind name to add new available remind. Then click “+” button (which is to the right from the list of reminding actions) to add a position to the list. Choose a type of reminder and set its parameters. You can add any actions as reminders: click the “+” button and set another type of reminder and its parameters. All reminding actions are shown in the list and have an order numbers, so you can change the action order using up and down arrow buttons.
