FlashSlider gives you web ready SWF file and HTML code, so all you should do is to upload SWF slide show to your server and paste an HTML code into your web page. To create SWF file, open File menu > Publish movie or press Ctrl+E. To get an HTML code, in Movie publishing window set Publish type to HTML and click OK.
